MISS EXPAT GERMANY is a platform dedicated to highly qualified and skilled professional women from around the world who have built successful careers in Germany. This initiative positions them as global expats rather than merely immigrants, highlighting their expertise, achievements, and contribution to Germany’s workforce.

MISS EXPAT GERMANY is more than an event. It is a modern, conference-driven awards platform delivered in partnership with the Ausländerrat Dresden e.V. and developed in cooperation with REHUB initiative Think Tanks, creating a contemporary space for recognition, networking, and thought leadership.

Highly qualified and skilled professional women who choose Germany as their new home deserve meaningful pathways to belonging and career advancement. MISS EXPAT GERMANY exists to enable that pathway. It is not a conventional competition; it is a curated mentorship and leadership development program designed to elevate international female talent.

Participants present their personal brand story on stage, gaining strategic visibility, expert guidance, and the opportunity to earn the title of MISS EXPAT GERMANY—becoming a recognized ambassador for global excellence in Germany’s modern workforce.

– Women of any nationality between 18 and 35 years of age.
– Residing in Germany and engaged in professional employment, academic studies, entrepreneurship, or voluntary service.
– Proficient in multiple languages, including a minimum of German level B1, fluent English, and their native language.
– Capable of delivering a concise three-minute pitch outlining their relocation journey and integration experience in Germany, in German.
– Demonstrated motivation to compete for the title of MISS EXPAT GERMANY.

All nominees are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism throughout the Miss Expat Germany Stage. A Formal Dress Code is required to reflect the seriousness, credibility, and national prestige of the platform. Each nominee must present her personal brand or story on stage with clarity, structure, and strong storytelling ability, demonstrating resilience, leadership potential, and the cross-cultural strength that defines women shaping their futures in Germany.

Nominees must show commitment to the values of inclusion, empowerment, and positive representation of Expat women in Germany.

1. Digital Application Submission
   Candidates submit the official application form, including a current CV, Valid ID (Personalausweis) and proof of German language proficiency at minimum B1 level, no later than 28.02.2026.
    
2. Eligibility and Alignment Screening
   A designated review panel evaluates all applications against the formal eligibility criteria and their alignment with the mission and values of Miss Expat Germany.
    
3. Official Nominee Announcement
   Selected applicants are formally confirmed as nominees and notified by email no later than 15.03.2026. Earlier contact may occur if an additional video submission is required to complete the evaluation.
    
4. Development and Preparation Phase
   Confirmed nominees receive comprehensive briefing materials, pitching guidelines, and the full conference agenda by 31.03.2026 to support their preparation.
    
5. Live Pitch Conference – Miss Expat Germany
   The conference will take place on 19.04.2026 at Penck Hotel, Ostra-Allee 33, 01067 Dresden, Germany. The program begins with curated sessions designed to support nominee development, followed by the on-stage pitch where each participant presents her personal brand and professional journey in Germany before a jury of experts and representatives from the REHUB Think Tank.
    
6. Jury Evaluation
   The jury assesses each pitch based on Leadership indicators, German Language, societal impact, narrative clarity, stage presence, and strategic vision.
    
7. Award Ceremony
   Titleholders are formally announced and recognized on stage by Ausländerrat Dresden e.V., marking the completion of the selection process. will be invited to join a structured mentorship track designed to support their professional development, strengthen their personal brand, and expand their leadership capacity in Germany.

The final titleholder of Miss Expat Germany 2026, selected by the jury following her live pitch, will receive the official certification issued by Ausländerrat Dresden e.V. alongside the Miss Expat Germany Award, which includes:

• Full reimbursement of travel expenses and up to one night of accommodation associated with attending the conference. Reimbursement is provided upon submission of valid receipts.
• Access to a tailored online mentorship and professional development program, designed to support and enhance her professional trajectory within Germany.
• A one-year ambassadorial role, representing Miss Expat Germany at selected public engagements, if required.

All other nominees who participate in the conference will receive an official participation certificate authorized by Ausländerrat Dresden e.V.
