Upcoming Event Project Overview – Miss Expat Germany 2026
Miss Expat Germany is an initiative of Ausländerrat Dresden e.V. and is delivered in collaboration with REHUB initiative alongside distinguished volunteer speakers and jury members. All individuals involved in the project contribute on a voluntary basis.
The application process is entirely free of charge, and the project operates as a non-profit Project dedicated to supporting and empowering expat and skilled migrant women in Germany. By submitting your application for Miss Expat International, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions. Agreement to these terms is required to complete the application process.
1. Eligibility and Application Submission
1.1. Applicants must fulfill all eligibility criteria outlined on the official Miss Expat International platform at the time of submission.
1.2. All information provided must be truthful, complete, and verifiable. Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading details may lead to disqualification without prior notice.
1.3. Applicants will receive updates regarding their application status via email. All selection decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Miss Expat International organizing committee, with no option for appeal.
1.4. Selected applicants must confirm their participation within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in loss of their allocated placement or opportunity.
2. Reimbursement Requirements
Miss Expat International is an award-based competition and conference. Only the finalist who is officially selected as the titleholder during the live conference is eligible for reimbursement.
The titleholder will receive:
– Full reimbursement of approved travel expenses
– Refund of accommodation costs for up to one night
Reimbursements will be processed only upon submission of valid receipts.
The transfer may take up to 60 days to be completed.
3. Media Consent and Publicity Rights
3.1. By participating in Miss Expat International, you grant the organizing committee, its partners, and affiliated institutions the right to photograph, film, and record you throughout the event.
3.2. All captured materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes across various media channels, including print, digital publications, and social media, in connection with current and future Miss Expat International activities.
3.3. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
– Once published, Miss Expat International is not obligated to remove photos or video content upon request.
– Requests to limit the use of future images or recordings may be considered but will not apply retroactively.
– You waive any rights to review, approve, or receive compensation for the use of your image, voice, or likeness in any promotional materials.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
4.1. Miss Expat International is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of belongings at any point during the event.
4.2. Participants are advised to secure personal travel insurance for emergencies, delays, or lost items.
4.3. The organizers are not liable for any legal, travel-related, or personal consequences resulting from participants’ actions.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. By submitting an application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Miss Expat International for application review, event coordination, and official communication.
5.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required to support essential event operations.
